We’re confident that you will fall in love with your purchase of high quality custom jewellery online, however we’re here to help if something isn’t to your liking.
Ramzi’s believe in complete customer satisfaction. We gladly refund, replace or exchange any unworn item(s) received back in our facility within 30 days from delivery date.
Loose diamond(s) purchased as part of creating your own ring(s), earrings and pendant(s) are not accepted and you may either decide to keep the loose diamond(s) or let us refund, re-create, replace or exchange the setting if your return is the result of our error, your setting(s) arrived damaged or is defective (Returns not accepted for change of mind).
Diamond(s) can be returned for refund, replacement or exchange if your return is the result of our error, your diamond(s) arrived damaged or is defective (Returns not accepted for change of mind). A damaged or defective diamond is a diamond that is : Cracked, Chipped or Broken.
- Natural internal and external flaws of a diamond are not considered as damaged or defective.
- Custom orders such as custom rings, custom jewelry or any other special order cannot be returned or canceled.
- All returned items must be free of any scratches or marks and show no signs of wear.
- Any item that appears to be altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

Terms & Conditions :
All return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept C.O.D. returns, and all shipping charges must be paid by the customer prior to shipping. Returns must be insured to guard against loss.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Any and all paperwork that accompanied the purchased item must be included. Any package that arrives without original certificate(s) will be charged a fee of AUD150.00 per certificate without exception.
Please include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation inside your return package.
All returns including loose diamonds must arrive and be received at our fulfilment centre within 30 days from the delivery date in order to be accepted.
All returned items must be free of any scratches or marks and show no signs of wear.
Any item that appears to be altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Please note: We will NOT accept any packages that are shipped back to us in a used box.
All items should be returned with proper courier/shipping guidelines and fully insured in a box and not in an envelop. Please provide us with the tracking number via e-mail once the items has been shipped back to us.
Ramzi's Custom Jewelry is not responsible for any packages not received, or returns not submitted in accordance with the guidelines stated above.
The customer will be solely responsible for any loss or theft during transit to our return centre if failing to adhere to the above guidelines.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
Refunds are issued in the same way you purchased the item, i.e. credit or debit card and will be processed within 15 days of receipt by us.
If your return is the result of our error, your purchase arrived damaged or is defective, Ramzi's will pay for any return shipping costs.

After reviewing your email, we will send you an email confirmation. You must include this confirmation with your return or we cannot accept it.
After you receive your confirmation email, follow the instructions above for returns. Your item must be received by us within 30 days of delivery.
We highly recommend Australia Post and Star Track, however customers may choose any shipping or courier service provided the return is properly insured.
Contact us to provide the tracking number of your return once you have sent it.
